Why should I create an account?
Creating an account gives you access to all of the site's great features:
- Create wish lists
- Manage shipping and bill addresses
- View order history
- Save your shopping cart
Best of all, you only have to enter your information once. Once your account is created, your billing and shipping information will be saved to provide you with a hassle-free checkout.

To create your account, click the LOGIN link located at the top of our site. Enter an e-mail address and password in the New Customers form in the center of the page, then click the Create Account button. Once you enter your contact information, you're all set!

Not at all! When you are ready to check out, you will be asked if you want to create an account or checkout as a guest. Simply click the "Guest Checkout" button to avoid creating an account.

To access your account, click the LOGIN link located at the top of our site. Enter your username and password then click LOGIN.

To update or change your account information, click the MY ACCOUNT link located at the top of our site. If you have not logged in,, you will be asked to do so. You will then have access to change your login information, address, and/or wish lists.

If you're having trouble logging into your account, click the "Forgot password" button on the account sign-in page. You will be asked to enter the e-mail address you used when you created your account. A link will then be sent to your email address.

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Promotions cannot be combined with other codes or applied to previous orders. Coupons and discount codes apply to in-stock merchandise only and do not apply to previous purchases. Coupons and discount codes do not apply to gift card purchases, shipping charges or other fees. Promotions may have a firm start date and end date. Only one coupon or discount code may be applied per order. Coupons and discount codes may or may not apply to sale items. For example, "20% off a Full Price item" offers do not apply to sale items. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. At the bottom of the website you can click "Track order". Once clicked, you will be prompted to enter your order number
2. You can click on the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email you receive.
