All shopwestrick.com orders are fulfilled from our warehouse location in Kissimmee, FL. Our typical processing time is 3-7 business days. Processing time does not apply to pre-order items. We ship via FedEx or USPS once an order is processed. Generally, the time in transit to any US location, once it leaves our hands, is 5 days or less. Our warehouse is closed on the weekend. Any orders received on the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Please note, once FedEx/USPS takes possession of a package and movement has begun delays may occur outside of our control. If there is no new movement within 7 days after they take possession we will file a claim with them and reship the order if inventory is still available.
Why do I have a tracking number but my order shows no movement?
- In order for our warehouse team to begin processing an order, a shipping label and tracking number must be generated. Once our warehouse team receives the label, they then go to pull the item for it to be shipped. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to show any sort of an update within the tracking link once the package is checked in to FedEx.
What does it mean if I have only received an order confirmation?
- Nothing to worry about here! An order confirmation means that your order has been processed into our system and that we are working to process and ship it in the future.
What if I have not received an order or shipping confirmation?
- Make sure you've searched your spam/junk or promotional folder as the confirmation could have landed there. You can add us to your contacts or mark us as "safe" too so that you will not miss any communication from us in the future. If you still cannot find the confirmation after searching these locations, please reach out to customerservice@shopwestrick.com and describe your situation to us.
FedEx observes the following holidays so shipment or delivery may not be available:

- Good Friday
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
